Rental FAQs

Q - Is there an outdoor area?
A - Yes, an outside patio and stage area is included in your rental.

Q - Are tables and chairs included?
A - Yes, tables and chairs are included in your rental.

Q - Is the kitchen included?
A - Yes, the kitchen is included. Here is a list of the kitchen items included as well.

  • Two 50-cup coffee pots
  • Use of refrigerator and freezer
  • Some utensils, pots, and pans
  • Paper towels, toiet paper, cleaning supplies
  • No serving dishes

Q - Is there a cleaning service availalbe?
A - Yes, a cleaning service is available, check contract or coordinator for price

Q - When is the rental fee due?
A - All Rental Fees are due 7 days before the event.

Q - When is the last day I can cancel my reservation?
A - Less than 7 days will result in a cancelation fee. Cancelations less than 24 hours will be charged the full rental amount.

Q - Is there a sound system?
A - Yes, there is a good Sound system including a CD player and PA available for an additional fee.

Q - What might my Security Deposit be used for?
A - The following are reasons that all or part of the security deposit may not be refunded.

  • If premise is left unclean or damaged
  • If piano is moved a fee is changed.
  • If Keys are not left (as explained in cleaning checklist)
